Swissmem Industry Day 2025: "Next-level skills – vocational training for the future"

Swissmem Industry Day 2025 will take place on Tuesday, 10 June 2025 at the Kursaal in Bern. Register now!

Industry Day 2025 aims to highlight the key role of vocational training for the Swiss tech industry and indicate specific ways to continue developing educational systems. The main topics are: company needs and reality, needs/expectations of GenZ, future skills, and acceptance of vocational training in society. Relevant political developments and the shortage of skilled labour will also be addressed.
